Dr. Adam Frank is Principal at Palmer Ridge High School in Monument, Colorado. With close to 20 years of experience in public education, he's spent time as a middle school and high school teacher, varsity head coach, dean of students, athletic director, assistant principal, career technical education coordinator, and high school principal. He's worked in two States and has experience at high schools in five different school districts. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus in change theory and authentic, transformational leadership from Miami University (OH). He holds three educational licenses in Colorado. He has experience leading change initiatives while garnering widespread collaboration with high trust and morale.
