Alina is the Founder of ADAPTAA, a trailblazing Executive Coaching and Leadership Development company. She is a sprinter, leader, coach, mum and an avid book reader. Advocate of difference and unicorns. Spreading audacity every day. Her first book, "The Audacity Spectrum", combines personal experience with extensive research to present eight fundamental principles of audacious leadership. It is a transformational guide to stepping up and standing out. It helps leaders in all fields tap into what makes them unique, and how to use these gifts to lift them up, in work and at home – and to help others do the same. Alina is an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach with over 25 years’ management and leadership experience. She graduated with two first class degrees in Romania and UK (one year done in parallel in both countries) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London. She is an ex-investment banker with Rothschild&Co and the first female to be promoted to Managing Director and Head of Trading, whilst working 4 days/week. She is a keen advocate and supporter of several children charities and is the proud co-owner of a family-built-and-run hotel in Transylvania, where she organises Audacious Leaders Retreats every year. She lives in London with her family and her two dogs.
