Mary Dell Harrington is co-founder of the website, Grown and Flown, and the community Grown and Flown Parents. Grown & Flown: How to Support Your Teen, Stay Close as a Family, and Raise Independent Adults, which she co-authored with Lisa Heffernan, is her first book. Mary Dell holds a master's degree in business from the Harvard Business School and is a graduate of UTAustin. She and her husband raised their son and daughter outside of New York City. A native Texan, she can often be found visiting family and friends in her hometown of Fort Worth.
