Dr Priyabhishek Sharma is an acclaimed author, academic, and dedicated practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and the Kamakhya-based Sadhana of the Divine Mother for over twenty-five years. His literary work serves as a bridge between the tangible world and the inexplicable dimensions of spiritual consciousness. The Spiritual Journey: Dr Sharma’s path took a transformative turn in 2003 when a Naga saint initiated him into meditation with a beej mantra. This initiation opened doors to profound experiences that remained a mystery until 2018, when he reached his Guru—a Himalayan Siddha. Through the grace of Shaktipat, his consciousness was elevated into the higher realms of Kundalini, Nada, Samadhi, and the profound Silence of the peaks. Acclaimed Works: He is best known for his Himalayan Masters Trilogy, a series that unveils revelations from deep meditation and the guidance of the Siddhas: ‘The Himalayan Master and the Sixth Sense’: A critically acclaimed memoir, first in the trilogy, translated into Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada. ‘Walking in Footprints of the Himalayan Master’: His latest spiritual memoir released in February 2026, detailing the nuances of the path. This is the second in the ongoing series. ‘Beholding in Footprints of the Himalayan Master’: The concluding insights of a life lived in spiritual pursuit is the third part expected to come shortly. His diverse bibliography of Nine books also includes the mystical novel ‘Trance: Secret Herb from Kamakhya’, the civil services guide ‘The UPSC Odyssey’, and the geopolitical analysis An ‘Alliance Without Enemy: A Post-Cold War History of the West.’ Life and Travels: A ceaseless traveller and seeker, Dr Sharma has undertaken pilgrimages to the most sacred caves and abodes of the mystics, including Mahavatar Babaji’s cave, the Amarnath and Shiv Khori caves, and the ashrams of Maharishi Aurobindo, Ramana Maharishi, and Neem Karoli Baba; Keadrnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Kamakhya. He has done spiritual practices living at these places. He blends these experiences of travel, his association with the Himalayan saints and spiritual pursuit into his spiritual memoirs. When not wandering the Himalayan trails or immersed in Sadhana, he serves as an Assistant Professor in Himachal Pradesh. He holds a doctorate from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and continues to weave his academic precision with the mystical heritage of the Himalayas.
