Sebastian Salicru is an author, registered psychologist, psychotherapist, board-approved supervisor, and professional leadership/executive coach, with over 30 years of professional experience in both corporate and clinical settings. Sebastian’s research interests include integrative psychotherapy, spirituality, executive coaching, and leadership development. As an author, Sebastian has published several papers in journals such as: Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research; Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics; OD Practitioner; Psychology; Open Journal of Depression; American Journal of Applied Psychology; Clinical Psychiatry; and World Journal of Psychiatry Mental Health Research. He has also authored three book chapters, and sole-authored a book published in 2017 – 'Leadership Results: How to Create Adaptive Leaders and High-performing Organisations for an Uncertain World', John Wiley & Sons.
