Book is good, please provide some text also
Hi, book was good to have basic introduction of Ayurveda. But it would be more useful if it was having some links to some documents like spices as per doshas , do’s and don’t s as per dosha etc…

Very good ayurvedic book
The book is narrated by the author himself. He describes all the parts of Ayurveda and gives How To for leading a natural life. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and would recommend it to everyone who wants to live life in abundance.

simple, understandable and impactful.
I just loved it, mindblowing, I was categorizing individuals in my family and myself basis what he said. it's a perfect beginning into the journey of ayurveda. strongly recommend to anyone who wants to understand the basics of ayurveda in simple terms
