Lots of good info

I liked the content and the research behind. He clearly explained what works and what does not work. Now it's upto me to use the knowledge to become leaner and healthier. 5 star

Great Knowledge, Great book on Fitness

The best book I read on Fitness. The author prepared everything for us to be bigger leaner and stronger. We just need to act :). I could not believe it, but he answers to questions you ask him through Email.

has its merits. focuses on leaning though

book does focuses on strength training which is its upside. Although makes you ab anxious and tells you to diet instead of bulking. Overall, good

Most Comprehensive fitness Book

This book has shown me a completely new dimension of how to be a fit person. It has covered all the details of the things related to fitness such as workout, dieting, myths about dieting, proper exercise technique etc. I would strongly recommend to everyone who wants to change how their body looks and wants to be bigger leaner and stronger to go through this book at least once, which will definitely help them in their fitness journey.
