I really want to apply the protocol given in the book as it would save me a lot of time to live other parts of my like and at the same time help me reach my health goals.

A must read for someone who has less time to Health and exercise and also for someone who is a gym rat.

My personal experience is that this system works well for me. I am 72 years. It could well be because my goal post shifted from strength to muscle, and, fat loss. Shifting from Squats, Deadlift, Bench etc to this.
As for the audio book, it is well designed. The science and the benefits are covered well. The How-to of the Big 5 exercises are well covered, but the images in the accompanying pdf could have been more elaborate.
An excellent book.

Never tells about how to watch for overdoing, lifting too much and injuring your joints.
Also doesn’t tell about for what activity level people it is talking about.
