About this listen

Imagine your dog, suddenly lost in the wilds of Yellowstone National Park. Alone. At night. Surrounded by wolves and grizzly bears. Day after day, week after week. How far would you go to find your dog? Time is running out. Predators. Frigid nights. A dangerous landscape. Starvation.

Bring Jade Home is the gripping true story of Jade, a young Australian shepherd, who disappears into Yellowstone's wilderness after a horrific car wreck. Despite their injuries and against doctor's orders, her owners David and Laura leave the trauma center to begin a desperate search - can they find Jade before it's too late?

A must-listen for dog lovers and wilderness enthusiasts alike, Bring Jade Home is the heartwarming tale of the owners, park employees, and huge search effort to bring Jade home.

This story will melt your heart and renew your faith in dogs - and people.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I went through the travails of David and Laura as they waited 44 long days for the return of their Aussie Shepherd, Jade. I deeply experienced the throughs and swells of every moment of their incredible journey, hoping and praying for the safe return of their beloved pup. It resonated with my experience of having lost my own pet Dalmatian, Diva, not once, but twice for three days! It was a harrowing experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but as they say, all’s well that ends well.
