Story
For decades, Peter F. Drucker was widely regarded as "the dean of this country's business and management philosophers" ( Wall Street Journal). In this concise and brilliant work, he looks to the most influential position in management - the executive. The measure of the executive, Drucker reminds us, is the ability to "get the right things done". This usually involves doing what other people have overlooked as well as avoiding what is unproductive.

Story

Time well spent.Got view of "how to" on my mission
Very simply put techniques with lot of reminders reassure that we have it all. We can do it. All we need is a mentor who manoeuvres as needed. This book is that mentor. Feeling great to have completed it. Thanks to audible especially - Kalpana

Excellent Content and Narration
Listening to David himself talking about his ingenious, yet so intuitive, method of "Getting things done", was an inspiring experience.
However, a lot of the content is repeated over and over again from different perspectives. This will of course help drive the core GTD method home, by listing several advantages and potential ways it can help you. But I personally feel it could be way shorter.
All in all, there is a lot to learn from this book. Just go for it.
