The book is about practical tips & it's great & easy to follow as well.

Very Practical

One of those books which doesn't go over the huge history and detailed description to get us into groove (at which point we mostly give up reading) of understanding the actual take away of the book.
I have followed some of the points in it. Works like magic! (at least for me!)
Will re-read again and again to get different perception. And apply it in life. Indeed, some people who I thought I can never tolerate, I am able to show love and get it back.

Clear and concise. Easy to understand and follow.
