A powerful book

This has been one of the most powerful books I've read when it comes to personal development and constructing a powerful mindset. I believe every single person needs to read this book and study NLP to better understand themselves and others. The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our emotions and the strategies in this book allow you to better control your emotions and therefore, the quality of your life.

A great "how to."

A great how to. I bought a number of books and this was the one I found (so far) that actually walks you thru how to acutally implement the processes, step by step.

So here it is - a very simple, straightforward introduction to NLP with excellent examples, history, analogies and metaphors. "Ultimate “because the story, and the themes run ahead of the reader's

the techniques are really useful

the techniques are really useful and work really well if you have a good imagination in the sense of remembering memories and being able to picture them well. The only downside to this is the guy speaking, has one of those voices that kinda put you to sleep.

How to Use Neuro-Linguistic Programming

In all, a very good read for any reader who is drawn to the subject. Among the books that I have read about introducing NLP to readers in general, I think this is the most well written.

just getting into NLP

I could go for hours about N L P. There are hundreds of powerful, everyday useful exercises. No this doesn't cover them all lol that would be a lot more books. However it is a good place to start.

Narration is monotone and dark side non-existent

Terrible narration had to speed it up to 1.75 just to make it sound better. Basic NLP taken from various sources.

Fine for a basic level. But nothing more than that. Lots of listing concepts. Monotonous and boring.

Wouldn’t purchase again.
