Insight, Understanding - Useful and Deep

This material is life-changing. Adyashanti is so clear and no nonsense in his beautiful dialogues about the spiritual path and process of awakening.

I had come to a terrifying confusion both in my spiritual and experiential life. Adyashanti's teachings have helped me to understand what was happening to me and move forward.

I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone who is on the spiritual path or finding life an intolerably painful dead end.
