It's a long listen ,has its great moments to take away from. some examples are really hitting home, some well you try to relate to.

Elephant, Rider and Shaping the path
loved it..a smart book on change..the narrative is even and appealing. the authors speak about the elephant- the emotional mind, the rider - the analytical mind and how we should appeal to the elephant and the rider to make the change..and yes, you need to shape the path to make the SWITCH..enjoyed it thoroughly.
