what I loved about the book is Michael has written it straight from his heart, not trying to keep back anything. I had been wanting to do Automatic Writing and Journaling since a long time, but couldn't. he gave me a 2 in 1 process, have started 11 days back, so far no breakthrough but I'll not give up till they speak to me and flow through my writing.
