It’s always good to read or listen to Eknath Easwaran sir’s works on spirituality especially with a narrator and music like that which itself becomes a part of meditation and peace. Mantra has been part of the Indian philosophy since ancient times. Easwaran sir has explained its significance in a lucid manner and its significance in achieving enlightenment and peace.
