One thing I didn't like - I mainly bought this book for tap-along scripts. However, while she addresses several aspects on which we can tap, there are hardly any complete routines in the first half of the book. Most of them are the same - round 1 which is just tapping on all points while stating the issue and then the final round of affirmations. The main healing and release takes place in the multiple rounds in between which are not available. Only in the later chapters were there some full scripts. As a tapping book - I felt this was a big miss.
