Turning anger to powerful resource of creation
Anger is an outburst of emotions, which can hurt oneself and cause various diseases. However, if it is streamlined then the same can be utilised as a great source of creativity Like Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi channelised his anger into the freedom struggle of India and confronted the Britishers through nonviolence. It’s an interesting read.
