• EP12_Breast Cancer: When Relationships Don't Feel the Same
    Oct 21 2026

After breast cancer, you may expect your body, energy, and emotions to feel different. But no one really prepares you for how different your relationships can feel too.

Maybe someone you thought would be there for you wasn’t. Maybe people showed up during treatment but seemed to move on before you were ready. Or maybe the biggest change is something you didn’t expect: you’re different now.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, we’re talking about why friendships, family relationships, and other important connections can shift after breast cancer—and why that doesn’t always mean the relationship is broken.

We’ll explore what happens when your needs, priorities, energy, and boundaries change, how to recognize when a relationship may simply need to evolve, and a gentle question you can use to identify what you need more of from the people in your life now.

Because life after breast cancer isn’t always about getting your old life back.

Sometimes it’s about creating relationships that have room for the person you’re becoming.

  • EP11_Breast Cancer: Survivor Loneliness
    Oct 14 2026

You can have people who love you, support you, and genuinely care about you—and still feel incredibly alone after breast cancer treatment.

Because loneliness after cancer isn’t always about being alone. Sometimes it’s about feeling like no one truly understands what it’s like to live in a body that’s changed, carry fears you don’t always talk about, or navigate a life everyone else seems ready to call “normal” again.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, Camille explores why loneliness can become especially painful after treatment ends, how cancer can change relationships, and why safe, meaningful connection can be such an important part of healing.

You’ll also learn the difference between simply having people around you and feeling genuinely seen and understood, along with a simple Connection Map practice to help you identify the kind of support you need most right now.

If you’ve ever wondered, Why do I feel so alone when I’m surrounded by people who care about me?—this episode is for you.

You don’t need everyone to understand. But you do deserve places where you don’t have to pretend you’re fine.

  • EP10_Breast Cancer: Please Don't Say That, When "Helpful" Comments Hurt
    Oct 7 2026

“But you look great.” “At least they caught it early.” “You’re done with treatment now, right?” “Just stay positive.”

Most people mean well. But when you’ve been through breast cancer, even a well-intentioned comment can minimize what you’re carrying—or hit a tender place you weren’t expecting.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, we’re talking about the things people say after breast cancer that can hurt, frustrate, or leave you feeling unseen.

We’ll explore why these comments can land so differently than they were intended, how to decide whether to let it go, gently redirect, or speak up—and what to do with the feelings that can linger long after the conversation is over.

Because two things can be true at the same time: someone can mean well, and their words can still hurt.

And instead of asking, “Why did that bother me so much?” I’ll give you a different question to try:

“What did that touch in me?”

This one is a little lighter, very real, and probably includes at least one comment you’ve heard yourself.

If you’ve ever smiled through something someone said about your cancer while thinking, Please don’t say that, this episode is for you.

  • EP_09 Breast Cancer: The Emotions Nobody Expects After Treatment
    Sep 30 2026

The emotions that show up after treatment can be confusing, especially when everyone around you seems ready to celebrate and move on.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, we’re talking about the emotions nobody warns you about after breast cancer treatment—the grief, anger, fear, guilt, and complicated feelings that can surface once the crisis begins to quiet down.

We’ll explore why some emotions don’t fully show up until after treatment ends, how gratitude and grief can exist at the same time, and why judging yourself for what you feel can make an already difficult emotion even heavier.

You’ll also learn a simple practice to help you meet your emotions with curiosity and compassion instead of another “should.”

Because resilience isn’t about being positive all the time. You can be deeply grateful to be here and still grieve what breast cancer changed or took from you.

    Both can be true.

  • EP_08 Breast Cancer: When Your Brain Doesn't Work Like It Used To
    Sep 23 2026

You walk into a room and forget why you’re there. You lose your train of thought halfway through a sentence. A word you’ve used a thousand times suddenly disappears. Or something that used to take ten minutes now takes twice as long because your brain just won’t cooperate.

If you’ve found yourself wondering, Why doesn’t my brain work like it used to?...you’re not imagining it.

Brain fog is a common and frustrating experience after breast cancer, and it isn’t always as simple as “chemo brain.”

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, Camille explores some of the many things that can affect memory, concentration, word retrieval, and mental clarity after breast cancer—including treatment, hormonal changes, fatigue, sleep, stress, and the enormous mental load your brain may still be carrying.

You’ll also learn why trying harder isn’t always the answer and a simple “Close the Tabs” practice that can help take some of the load off your brain.

Because maybe your brain isn’t failing you.

Maybe it’s been carrying more than you realize.

  • EP07_ Breast Cancer: When Your Body Feels Like A Stranger
    Sep 16 2026

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror after breast cancer treatment and thought, I don’t recognize myself anymore, this episode is for you.

Treatment can change your hair, your shape, your strength, your energy, and the way your body functions. But it can also change something we don’t talk about nearly enough: your relationship with your body.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, Camille explores why your body can feel strangely unfamiliar after treatment, why some survivors begin scanning their bodies for danger while others disconnect from them altogether, and how survival mode can make it difficult to feel at home in your own skin.

You’ll also hear Camille’s personal experience of losing the hair that had been part of her identity for decades—and the unexpected comment that helped her begin seeing her changed body differently.

Most importantly, we’ll explore a new way forward: moving from fear and surveillance toward appreciation, partnership, and compassion for the body that carried you through.

Plus, Camille shares a simple practice you can begin using today to start rebuilding that relationship—one small moment at a time.

  • EP06_Breast Cancer: When All the Things You're Doing to Feel Better Still Aren't Working
    Sep 9 2026

You’re exercising. Trying to eat well. Working on your sleep. Maybe you’ve tried meditation, journaling, supplements, or a dozen other things you’ve been told will help you heal.

So why don’t you feel better?

After breast cancer, self-care can quietly turn into another list of things you think you should be doing—and when those things don’t seem to help, it’s easy to wonder if you’re doing something wrong.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, Camille explores why the things we typically think of as self-care may not always be what your body needs most after treatment. You’ll learn why your nervous system and your current capacity matter, and how shifting from “What should I be doing?” to “What would help me feel supported right now?”can change the way you approach healing.

Because taking care of yourself isn’t about doing everything right. Sometimes it starts with learning how to listen.

  • EP05_ Breast Cancer Recovery: Why Rest Doesn’t Seem to Help Your Exhaustion
    Sep 2 2026

You’re resting. You’re trying to take it easy. Treatment is over. So why are you still so exhausted?

For many breast cancer survivors, this isn’t the kind of tired that disappears after a good night’s sleep or a quiet weekend. It can feel deeper—like your battery simply won’t recharge, no matter how much you rest.

In this episode of Breast Cancer Resilience Radio, Camille explores why rest and restoration aren’t always the same thing, how months or even years of treatment and survival mode can leave the body deeply depleted, and why continuing fatigue doesn’t mean you’re weak, lazy, or failing at recovery.

You’ll also learn one simple shift that can help you stop fighting your exhaustion and start listening differently to what your body may actually need.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Why am I still this tired?” this episode will help your experience make a whole lot more sense.
