Darrah Kempka, RN is someone that I have been inspired by for a long time. She shares her knowledge and experience so vulnerably, and she has a knack for fostering community. She is a trailblazer and brings so many unique therapies and modalities to the DFW area.So it was no surprise that she opened my eyes (and probably many other people’s eyes) to the concept of free birth. Free birth is birthing without the assistance of a midwife or doctor. After working in conventional medicine for 8 years, she began to integrate holistic healing, functional medicine, and ozone therapy into her life after her youngest son’s battle with eczema and allergies. She mentored under world renowned practitioners who focused on mold toxicity, chronic disease, and general wellness for 3 years before the pandemic of 2019.
