My guest today is Ashok Hingorani, a Software Architect who has been studying & healing with Bach Flowers for over 45 years. A profound conversation with Ashok showed how severe asthma at the age of 23 led him to homeopathy and then to self-study and experimentation with Bach Flower Remedies.  Through Bach Remedies, he began to understand his own emotions, which became the root cause of his suffering. Having a background in Pharmacology gave him the ability to understand how flower remedies affect blocked receptors in the brain, which are then cleared or refreshed in turn, treating the physical or psychological symptoms. The Bach flowers are generally believed to be emotional healers, although Ashok advocates the flowers for their ability to heal physical ailments based on his own experiences with them. In this episode, Sonal converses with Tracy Poizner on what drew her to Bach Flower Alchemy. Being a homeopathic practitioner, she used to view Bach flowers as a poor and distant cousin of homeopathy. But after observing the healing responses that come even from a single dose of Bach Remedy, she realized it was worth paying attention to. Now, she wants to work solely with Bach flowers. She is doing some really interesting work mapping the Bach Flower remedies to different archetypes of consciousness. This helps you tap into your inner genius. According to her, prescribing Bach Flower remedies based on book descriptions of a remedy is a shallow way of healing. She believes that to get into deep and effective healing with Bach remedies, one should be aware of the decompensated layer of emotions, which is the worst layer. This interesting discussion offered an interesting and different perspective on Bach Flowers.

Today, I’m joined by Nilofer Safdar, Money Mindset Coach sharing her startling and dramatic experiences with Bach Flowers. This includes her overcoming the grief and trauma of losing her dad and getting control of her non-stop coughing when she got COVID. Nilofer is also a clairvoyant and an energy healer. She's done healing work for over 25 years. Following her intuition, she tried and tested Bach Flowers in novel ways, only to find out that when oral ingestion isn't working, carrying remedy bottles around in pockets or keeping them under the pillow may work instead. Nilofer says that apart from helping in self-discovery, Bach Flowers can also be a valuable asset for therapists/healers.
