This episode is an answer to a question I received on creating altars. Also in client work this week we were speaking about utilizing an altar astrologically to honor and connect to the energy you’re in which is a really fun and supportive thread to pull.

I share around the what, the where, the why, what it absolutely needs, why it can be an especially good living into the new paradigm practice right now, the astrology I would honor and some extra tips for the upcoming Samhain holiday.

Pardon my sniffles — but I hope you enjoy this one and for the Substack folks I’ve dropped some inspirational images below just to say — it doesn’t have to be complicated.

For Collective members I will record a bonus training on astrological placement! Stay tuned.

Over the past week or so I’ve injured myself a few times which made me think about my unique astrological signature that contributes to the part of me that can sometimes be clumsy while other times feel like I have the grace and control of Mr. Myagi.

The me that doesn’t always feel my body in space aka banging my head on every cabinet seemingly within a 2 foot radius. The kid who broke a ton of bones. The woman who poked herself fully in the eye with a Needle Agave this morning. 😂

I share a bit about my week and latest injury today which prompted the podcast and several of the main astrological signatures of someone who might be a bit clumsy or prone to accident or injury. And/or when by timing — you may be more vulnerable to this.

I also share some ways to work with it and how your nervous system is part of the story.

If you can relate, I’d love to hear from you in the comments. And bless you. :)

And sidenote: be mindful of the strories. I’m using these labels to talk about it succinctly but I do not self identify as accident prone. And you shouldn’t either. “I AM” statements are powerful. Always be mindful of the words you put after that identification.

ALSO important to remember that EVERYTHING has a high and low vibration and there are infinite possibilities of expression even if you do have one of these signatures.

This is our final goddess/asteroid in our series. You can find the other Goddess/Asteroids we covered all available for you on the podcast. Let us know if you’ve enjoyed them as much as we have!

PSYCHE is a very important piece of your natal chart and feels like a particularly supportive thread for the times as we shift into a new paradigm. She is very much tied to our spiralic human journey and the work we’re here to do. She is an entrance to Self and how you develop into your own higher expressions.

Jen Hampton of Spirited Treasure and the Inner Flame brings the mythology and energetics from the goddesses and I look at what they represent in our Astrology and Human Design.

I shared around all of the significant general significations and then dove into Jen and my placements which both happen to be in AIR signs.

We created an ASTEROID X GODDESS bundle transmission marrying both of our gifts if you want some support pulling your personal threads. We provide this bundle for each of the asteroids we rolled out and it’s really the best of both our worlds.

I hope you enjoy! Let us know how it lands and what you learned about your own PSYCHE in the comments.
