We all want to sleep, because when we do man it feels great! But for most these days sleep isn’t easy, and most find themselves popping melatonin, gaba, magnesium, drinking teas and trying everything and anything possible. It’s so easy to get lost in the sea of the “fix it” mentality and forget, that your body has innate systems that support sleep.

Today is essentially our first episode of The Healing Simplified Podcast. So we wanted to share something that we feel is free. In a world where healing = supplements and labs = spending money, sleep is something that costs nothing to fix. Secondly, that when you do sleep & repair, there are so many other things that follow biologically. So by just sleeping, you can accomplish so much.

Lastly, you are taught that you need to take things or have a bed time snack to sleep. But we say, why do these things when all you have to do is fine tune the things that are not allowing you to sleep.

Out of all the symptoms we work with, getting a good nights sleep to repair, and waking revitalized, is the #1 issue we see regulate in the fastest amount of time.

Remember this, when you give the body what it needs, nature will do the rest.
