    2 weeks ago we had my 1-1 client Natalie compete for the first time ever and have an absolutely fantastic day. She went 9/9 on her lifts getting only white lights and I run you through exactly how we managed to accomplish this together

As a self imposed night owl the though of waking up at 6:30am would fill me with dread but we are currently on day 3 of 30 and if I continue to see this many changes to my life I have a feeling this habit is around to stick.

    I had the realisation that so much of who I was as a lifter was tied to my identity of competing in the U60s when actually I much prefer my body and how I feel when I am slightly heavier. Basically I'd spent 6 months throwing my whole ethos of 'ignoring the scales' out the window. So we realign with what I teach and put it into practice
