    Two scenarios:


    A. There is something you desperately want to let go off, free yourself off, release – but can’t quite do it on your own. You have tried different ways of shaking it off, ignoring it, covering it up, none of that worked. It comes back like a boomerang, each time hitting a little harder and feeling a little heavier than before.


    OR


    B. You are exhausted, stretched thin, unmotivated with no sight of an uplift. How to shift back into a higher frequency, how to relight the fire inside of you?


    Here is your answer: take a few minutes under the shower.
