• Identity - The Charge Against Jesus
    Dec 30 2025

In today’s episode, I want to sit with you and reflect on something deeply meaningful: the accusation that led to Jesus’ death — His bold declaration that God was His Father. As we explore identity together, this moment in Scripture invites us to look closely at who Jesus understood Himself to be, and what that means for who we are.

We’ll walk through several powerful passages where Jesus’ identity was questioned, doubted, and attacked by religious and political leaders. Yet through every accusation, He remained steady, rooted, and secure in the truth spoken over Him by the Father. His actions flowed from His identity, and His identity was anchored in love.

As we reflect on Jesus’ confidence in His origin and purpose, I want to gently guide you toward your own identity in God. You are not defined by others’ opinions, by your past, or by your performance. Just as Jesus lived from the Father’s affirmation, you too are invited to see yourself through God’s eyes — chosen, loved, and called.

Here are a few truths we’ll lean into together:

    • Your identity is not shaped by what others say — it’s shaped by what God has spoken over you.
    • Condemnation from people does not have the authority to redefine who you are in Christ.
    • Your calling and anointing flow from grace, not performance.
    • A life rooted in God’s identity naturally produces behavior that reflects His goodness.

Together, we’ll explore how identity shapes behavior, how grace shapes our walk, and how knowing who we are empowers us to live with clarity and courage. My hope is that as you listen, you’ll feel encouraged, grounded, and reminded of the truth: you belong to God, and that changes everything.

  • Identity -Shame and Honor
    Dec 30 2025
    • Adam and Eve began with no shame, fully aligned with God and secure in their identity as His image‑bearers.
    • Sin introduced shame, causing them to hide and see themselves through a distorted lens.
    • Shame doesn’t just point to what we’ve done — it tries to redefine who we are.
    • Jesus shows us what it looks like to live from a secure identity, refusing to act apart from the Father.
    • In Christ, we receive a new identity that replaces old labels, failures, and self‑definitions.
    • Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame — trust restores honor.
    • We are God’s workmanship, created to express His character and walk in the purpose He prepared for us.
    • True identity is stable in every setting because it is rooted in Christ alone.

  • Who am I?
    Dec 30 2025

Knowing your identity protects your heart and mind as you navigate life. What you believe shapes how you live, so identity must be rooted in God’s Word, which renews the mind, imparts wisdom, and equips believers for every assignment (2 Timothy 3).

Worldly identity—based on race, gender, nationality, class, and personal desires— is different from God-given identity, which is centered on Christ rather than self. True identity is not found in external labels but in being made in God’s image and likeness (Genesis 1:26–28).

Lets explore how God formed humanity:

    • Body (bios)
    • Soul (psuche)
    • Spirit (pneuma/zoe — God’s own life breathed into us)

Because God breathed His life into humanity, His character can be expressed through us.

    In the New Testament:

    • Jesus is the exact image of God (Hebrews 1:3).
    • Those who believe in Him are given the authority to become children of God—born not of human effort but of God (John 1).
    • God delights to give us new birth through His Word (James 1:17-18).
    • Jesus brings many sons and daughters into His glory, sharing His Father with us (Hebrews 2:10-11).

Your identity comes from being born of God, not from earthly categories or human definitions.

  • Who am I - Identity
    Dec 30 2025

This episode explores identity through the comfort and love of God as Father. I share my personal story of not knowing my biological father and how God has become the source of my identity, security, and belonging.

Psalm 139, 2 Corinthians 1, John 3:16, and Colossians 1, highlight three truths:

    • God knows you completely.
    • God loves you deeply.
    • God has rescued you and given you a new identity in His kingdom.

Darkness is simply living without this knowledge, and understanding who God is leads to understanding who we are. Bonhoeffer’s poem “Who Am I?” affirms that, no matter our inner questions, our identity is secure in God.

Dear listener God knows you, God loves you, and God has a plan for you.

  • From Darkness to Dominion: The Path of a Renewed Mind
    Jan 10 2026

In this profound exploration of spiritual identity, Episode e delves into the transformative process of the Renewal of the Mind. The message centers on the transition from a self-centered worldview to one that mirrors the mindset of Jesus Christ. By examining the shift from "the thief" to the "generous laborer" in Ephesians 4:28, the episode illustrates how a change in internal thinking produces a radical transformation in external behavior.

The teaching highlights that our identity as a Royal Priesthood is not just a title, but a responsibility that requires maturing from "children" into "sons" capable of carrying the government of God. Through the lens of Scripture, we learn that the Word of God acts as an authoritative directive—much like God’s command to Abraham—equipping us to live with the same confidence and rest found in the Psalms.

    Key themes include:

    • The Power of Doctrine: Understanding that Christ is the systemized Truth that restores our soul and aligns our actions with the Father’s will.
    • The Abrahamic Example: Moving from mere suggestion to "commanding" our lives and households through the authority of the Spirit.
    • The Progressive Journey: Recognizing that mind renewal is an ongoing work of grace, perfecting us until we see Him as He truly is.
    • Awakening the Heart: Embracing the "Christ in you" message to move from a state of no identity to becoming God’s very own possession.

The episode concludes with a call to action: to allow the Word of God to search our current beliefs, prune away what does not align with Truth, and empower us to show the goodness of God to a world in darkness.
