Learn Reiki and Connect podcast is about helping others consciously connect with the light that exists within and tune into their higher self, that inner voice that intuitively speaks, reminding us why we are here.

At the heart of this is the Usui Reiki method, which is instrumental in helping us get into a meditative state, teaching us how to tune into our light and focus within whilst we are living in a physical body. Additionally, how to reclaim our inner power, use the Alpha state in meditation, but not only that, heal what is causing physical ailments, and reduce empathic sensitivity overload. Help manage anxiety and stress effectively, getting to what is causing emotional and mental health issues.

Finally, we know that Usui himself kept asking, Why was he here, and what was his purpose?

He found the answer within himself, not from others, and that truth is for all of us today!
