Dawn Lester is a researcher and writer, and has co-authored the books ‘What Really Makes You Ill’ and ‘The Nature of Reality’. The decade-long research and writing project that led to ‘What Really Makes You Ill’, involved taking a much deeper look into a whole variety of topics, not just health, and led to the inevitable discovery that so much of what we’re told is wrong. Lisa Faiman, born in Japan and raised in Southern California, is a Harvard graduate who overcame a decade of depression and toxic pharmaceuticals through spirituality and mind-body practices. After an 8-year discipleship with a Himalayan monk, studying meditation and Sanskrit-based philosophy, she was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), which she successfully reversed by training her body and mind. This “impossible” healing inspired Lisa to start coaching others as a personal trainer, which led to her obtaining many more certifications under her belt, but her fitness philosophy is not encompassed by any singular, manmade system. She coined the term “regenerative fitness” to describe her unique approach to training, which seeks to realign men and women with their innate, God-given design. In 2023, Lisa took a break from coaching to ‘freebirth’ her daughter, becoming a mother at the age of 43. She recently re-launched her coaching services with the Heavenly Bodyz app, an online community and training platform designed to assist in optimizing the mind-body terrain through exercise, education, and the power of storytelling.
