    First guest episode with the charming Jess Fry. After a long day in grey London I sat down to record and experienced the ray of sunshine that is Jess - and she really opened my eyes to loving your body being the same as respecting it.


    Jess Fry is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Body Image Coach and Educator. She became passionate about helping women heal their relationships with food and improve body image after doing the work herself. Since discovering confidence and acceptance in her plus-size body, Jess utilizes the very tools that helped her, and empowers women to recognize their worth at every size so they can confidently approach life with unapologetic authenticity.
