This is the beginning of Pain Repurposed.
In this first episode, I share why this podcast exists and who it’s truly for. Not in a polished, inspirational way. But in an honest one.
Pain Repurposed was created for anyone who has lived through trauma, loss, abuse, or a season that changed them and left them feeling disconnected from who they used to be. It’s for the people who look “okay” on the outside, but inside are quietly rebuilding. For those navigating healing while parenting, choosing sobriety as a form of self-protection, and learning how to trust themselves again.
In this episode, I talk about what helped me, what didn’t, and why healing doesn’t need to be rushed, forced, or performative. This is a trauma-informed, lived-experience space focused on transformation, not perfection.
If you’ve ever felt like you survived something but don’t quite know how to live after it, you’re in the right place.
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be “fixed.” You just need to show up.
This is where pain begins to take on a new purpose.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
