Before I went solo backpacking, before my first Ayahuasca ceremony, and before my first therapy session, I had many expectations. I believed something or someone would “fix” what I couldn’t untangle on my own.

But what I discovered is something very different.

In this episode, I share why introspection matters, what these experiences really teach us, and why the answer is not always where you think it is.

For this first solo episode, I wanted to introduce my travel experiences as a solo backpacker, the fears I had before leaving, and the personal growth I gained along the way!
