It is the worst when you catch a bug and don't have the strength or energy to stick to your workout plan. This past week, I didn't feel too well and had to lay low for a couple of days. So how did I know when to give my body a break? And when can I get back into my routine? In this episode, I'll cover my experience with battling a cold (not covid) while adjusting my mindset to take a step back from my fitness goals. 

Getting into a workout plateau means either getting bored with your workouts or not seeing the progress you want! I've recently felt like I am not challenging myself enough at the gym and need a change. In this week's episode, we talk about our fun trip to northern Wisconsin! We did so many new activities including jet ski, ATV, and even visited a beautiful distillery.  Luckily we didn't encounter any bears! It is also College move-in week, which we are not a part of. So we reflect on our time at college and how we are staying "at peace with the mystery" moving forward. 

Getting back into the gym can be hard. But setting up a workout plan can make it easier and keep you motivated! In episode 2, we discuss our experience with creating a plan and help you create your own!
