In this podcast I share about the practice of listening in sound meditation. We become an active participant in our practice with sound. This is about building a relationship with our sound environments as well as with our body and with those around us. What is the key in building relationships? That is Listening.

Through deepening your practice of sound meditation you find a way to return to your natural state of rest and remember your powerful ability as a human being to observe and notice.

This is a guided sound meditation practice with the Tibetan singing bowls. It is for healing the body, mind, and heart. Healing can be a practice of contacting the inner discomfort and suffering that we experience. Giving ourself the space and time to be present with this inner experience can be difficult but it is also how we can better understand our own suffering. In the process of healing, we need to consciously give our heart, body, and mind compassion and presence in order to allow healing to unfold.
