In today's episode, I am sharing a moment that I was food-shamed for eating meat.
I shared in a story me cooking my meat, and someone decided to come into my message box and share their views and (fake) truth around my food choices and what I should do.
And if you know me, being in the health industry for over 22 years, I know a thing or two about food, especially when it comes to the big question: to eat meat or not to eat meat.
So listen in, and know this: Food shaming is a big problem that leads to many eating struggles. And the biggest truth is that YOU are the only person who can know what is good or good for your body. For me? my body needs meat...and I will always respect it.
