This is the first episode of the first season of "How can we help Ukraine as individuals and outsiders".

In this episode we shed the light a bit on the Ukrainian situation to share something we should all contribute to, and is the restraining of sharing everything on the social media toxic sphere and the things some of us do towards affecting the Ukrainian people unintentionally and negatively. 

Concerning the previous season on the reading and discussing of Ryan Holiday Blog Posts, the season is still ON, we just started this new season around Ukraine because it's a priority in this period, but we will be doing both seasons simultaneously.

We continued the remaining titles of the the blog, as Ryan dives a little deeper into the lessons we can learn from, as i said before it is almost impossible to know these things without really doing a deep research. you can not even find it on books, it is a collection of wisdom teachings around a life of one of the greatest leaders of the Roman Era, Marcus Aurelius.
