• From I Must to I Choose Lighten Mother’s Emotional Load : SMU92
    Jan 9 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode, I talk about a small yet powerful shift in language that can completely change how motherhood feels from the inside. While “I must” sounds responsible and capable, emotionally it carries pressure, obligation, and the quiet fear of failure—slowly exhausting a mother’s mind. This year, I invite you to gently replace it with “I choose.”

I choose to wake up early because my child needs me. I choose to nourish my family. I choose to show up, even when it’s hard. This shift doesn’t remove responsibility—it restores power.

Choice brings dignity, self-respect, clarity, and calm. Choosing doesn’t mean every moment is easy; it means you honor why you’re doing it, without self-blame. Because motherhood is not a sentence to serve, it’s a series of conscious choices made from love. And when you choose, you breathe a little easier.

  • One Mission One Primacy in New Year 2026: SMU91
    Jan 7 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode, I reflect on how our choices quietly shape our children, and how one clear mission can become a silent lesson in balance, self-respect, and emotional safety. As I began choosing myself with intention, something beautiful happened without me realizing it, my child began to change too.

She watched me stay calm without self-sacrifice. She saw me protect my energy without guilt. I didn’t teach her through lectures or explanations.
    I taught her through priorities.

As 2026 begins, this is not about resolutions or pressure. It’s a gentle reset.

I invite myself—and every beautiful soul listening—to pause and ask:
    What drains me the most?
    What truly gives me strength?
    What must I stop normalizing?

Because when we write it down, protect it, and return to it with intention, clarity follows. May 2026 be lighter, calmer, and deeply aligned for me, and for you.

  • She's Not Loud. She's Unheard. : SMU89
    Dec 30 2025

In this episode, we unpack a truth society avoids: a Mother’s shout is rarely about anger. It’s about exhaustion, emotional overload, invisibility, and carrying everyone else’s needs in silence. From unrealistic expectations of “quiet, patient motherhood” to invisible labor and dismissed burnout, we explore why Mothers are pushed to their breaking point and then blamed for reaching it.

This is not a justification of shouting, but a deeper conversation about why it happens, what fails Mothers before their voices rise, and why understanding a Mother’s scream requires shared responsibility and empathy.

Because a Mother’s shout is not the problem—it’s the symptom.
And the real question isn’t “Why did she scream?”
It’s “Why did she have to?”

  • Two Voices One Storm : SMU87
    Nov 21 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I open up about the raw and unfiltered reality of motherhood — the sudden triggers, the quiet overwhelm, the pressure to stay calm, and the emotional storm that follows when I don’t. I share the moments of shame that rise after I shout, the sting I feel when my child shouts back, and the silent emotional cleanup I carry inside long after the chaos settles.

But this conversation is also about healing. It’s about learning to pause before reacting, repairing after moments of rupture, and trying to understand what my child’s behavior is really communicating. I dive into recognizing my own unmet needs, calming my nervous system, and slowly creating a home where connection matters more than confrontation.

Along the way, I share a few things I’ve learned from my daughter — things that make me laugh, frustrate me, and also open my eyes. Like how I can’t simply make her understand what’s “right” for her, because she always has her own logic ready. Or the battle of eating the right foods at the right time, which she rejects completely.

Today’s kids come with their own world of knowledge, and our old, conventional ways often don’t make sense to them. There are moments she even looks at me and says, “You’re so boring!” And as much as it stings, I know she’s growing, questioning, exploring.

This episode is a heartfelt journey through the messiness, the learning, the humour, and the deep love that defines motherhood — especially in today’s world of highly aware, deeply expressive children.

  • Stand Beside World With Real Emotions and Grit : SMU86
    Nov 19 2025

    Send us a text

In this heartfelt episode, I share a personal story of guiding my daughter to prioritize her own work — her school projects, her responsibilities, even her emotions before stepping up to help her friends. Because true kindness doesn’t come from exhaustion, it comes from self-awareness.

When our children learn to care for themselves first, they build a quiet confidence that ripples outward nurturing an ecosystem of growth, empathy, and resilience. Through simple moments — finishing homework before helping a classmate, tidying her room before joining others — she’s learning not just discipline, but the deeper moral values that shape her character.

This episode is a gentle reminder for every parent: teaching your child to fight their own small battles isn’t hard love, it’s wise love. Because only when we win our inner battles can we truly stand beside others — with clarity, purpose, and strength.

  • Healing before Hustling isn't a Luxury "Its a Priority" : SMU85
    Oct 17 2025

    Send us a text

In a world that glorifies grinding, "Healing Before Hustling" is our reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t a luxury — it’s the foundation for everything we want to build. This podcast is for every woman, mother, and dreamer who feels the pressure to “keep going” even when our bodies, minds, and souls are screaming for rest.

We also say — don’t get into the trap of influencers flaunting their slim tummies just weeks after delivery and pushing products they want new mothers to buy. Our healing is not a marketing campaign.

Each episode explores practical ways to slow down, nurture our emotional and physical health, and create space for true alignment — so our hustle becomes more powerful, intentional, and sustainable. Together, we’ll talk about self-care that goes beyond spa days, mental health that feels doable, and the deep, sometimes messy work of healing — so we can rise, thrive, and hustle from a place of wholeness.
