  • Gratitude - The Great Reason For Inner Peace

    Gratitude is vibration energy that can change your life. It is the best medicine. It heals your mind, your body, and your spirit. It is good for our bodies, our minds, and our relationships. If you see the benefits of gratitude, you will see the inner transformation of yourself because Gratitude allows us to celebrate the present. It blocks toxic, negative emotions, Grateful people have a higher sense of self-worth.  Once you start to recognize the contributions that other people have made to your life and once you realize that other people have seen the value in you then you can transform the way you see yourself.   

     But Gratitude really goes against the self-serving bias because when we’re grateful, we give credit to other people for our success.  Just because gratitude is good doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Practicing gratitude can be difficult with some deeply ingrained psychological tendencies.  And therefore for the cultivation of gratitude, I think it’s important to think outside of the box when it comes to gratitude.  It is vibration energy that can change your life.   and thus If you agree with me and you liked this episode please share and subscribe to it.

A holistic diet is a diet that helps us not only to work but also to survive.  The type of food we eat affects our thoughts and overall mental health, and our emotional health is the result of our mental health which directly affects our physical health. A holistic diet builds and maintains your whole health i.e. physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Always remember when you are mentally and emotionally healthy your physical and spiritual health will always be holistic. Whenever you try to maintain a balance between your holistic diet and lifestyle, mindful eating always helps you. Mindful eating has its own roots in mindfulness, and therefore instead of following a strict diet, always plan with what? , when? , and how? to eat, you have learned how to make every eating decision for yourself.

       There is an inner relation between self-awareness and self-confidence. Self-awareness means knowing your strengths and weakness well, and have a positive view of yourself. and therefore You can set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively, and can handle criticism. and all these will help you to gain your Self-Confidence.
