Lauren is a Grief Empowerment Coach who uses personal and professional experiences to help her client's be present with their grief. This is the first time I have openly spoken about my prison experiences with authenticity. I use to believe that leaving this part of myself was best for me. I have recently realized that I still have a lot to heal from regarding my time while incarcerated.
