• Ep. 32: suffering is optional
    Mar 23 2026

Suffering is optional… but pain is not.

In this episode, I’m coming back to the mic after a period of deep integration, reflection, and honestly, a lot of inner resistance. I’ve been moving through intense energetic shifts, eclipse season, Mercury retrograde, and I didn’t want to rush to share before I had really started to understand what was unfolding within me.

This is me choosing to show up anyway. To stop hiding behind excuses and to speak from where I am, even if it feels vulnerable.

Today, I’m sharing a perspective that has been transforming the way I see life: suffering is optional.

What I Share in This Episode

    - Why I took space before coming back to share.

    - The resistance I feel as a creator and what it means to be seen.

    - What I’ve learned from working with women across all walks of life.

    - Why suffering exists in every level of society.

    - Holding space for systemic realities while still honoring personal responsibility.

-The difference between pain and suffering.

    - Why pain is inevitable, but suffering is something we participate in.

    A Reflection I Invite You Into…

Where in your life are you experiencing pain… and where might you be choosing suffering?

We talk about the emotional challenges of re-entry, the unexpected lessons that stuck with us, and how we’ve navigated relationships, identity shifts, and the longing to stay connected to that soul-aligned version of ourselves.

  • Ep. 29 The price of Self-Disconnection
    May 20 2025

In this Episode, I open up about what it really takes to live a life that’s aligned with your truth. Spoiler alert: it’s not always comfortable, and it definitely isn’t convenient. But it’s real, it’s liberating, and it’s worth everything.

I recorded this on a long weekend—while most people were resting, escaping, or numbing. And that’s exactly the point. We’ve built lives that require escape. But what if your life didn’t need a break?

I’ll share with you some of the biggest breakthroughs I’ve had recently—especially after walking the Camino de Santiago—about how much of my life was still shaped by the need to be palatable, likable, and approved of. I’ll take you through the layers of healing and inner dialogue work that brought me to a new version of myself—one that’s unapologetically whole.

In this masterclass, I talk about:

    • The hidden costs of performing instead of being

    • How to shift the disempowering inner voice that was never yours to begin with

    • The truth about self-connection and how it changes your business, relationships, and spiritual path

    • Why I stopped trying to speak to everyone—and finally started speaking from my soul

If you’ve ever felt the pull to come back home to yourself, to stop outsourcing your worth, and to live from a place of deep-rooted purpose… this space is for you.

Let me reintroduce myself—and maybe, just maybe, you’ll find the courage to reintroduce yourself too.
