• The Freedom We Never Understood
    Oct 5 2026

What does it actually mean to be free?

We often define freedom as having choices, living on our own terms, and not allowing anyone to control us.

But what if something someone said three hours ago is still controlling our mood?

What if anger, fear, approval, possessions, memories, identity or the need to be right can quietly influence what we think and how we act?

In this episode, Olivia explores a different question:

If we don't understand what is driving us, how free are we really?

We look at where our desires come from, how much of our lives we inherit from the world around us, why losing something we value can disturb our inner world, and why freedom cannot mean becoming emotionless or unaffected by life.

Perhaps freedom is not about becoming impossible to influence. Perhaps it is about understanding what is happening inside us, and not being owned by it.

    Freedom is not emotional insulation.
    Freedom is inner ownership.

And that leads to an even bigger question:

If freedom means taking ownership of what happens inside us, what are we responsible for?

Awareness allows us to notice what is happening inside us. But seeing something doesn't always mean we are willing to admit it.

We may call jealousy anger.Insecurity can sound like logic. The need to be right can feel like defending the truth.
Even our motives can hide behind explanations that make us feel better about ourselves.

In this episode, Olivia explores what happens when we stop explaining, justifying, or judging what we find and simply become honest with ourselves.

Not to feel guilty. Not to punish ourselves. Not to change immediately.

Just to admit: “This is what is actually happening inside me.”

Because if we don't understand what is driving us, how free are we really?

  • What is Awareness? Are We Actually Aware?
    Sep 24 2026

We move through much of our day without really noticing what we are doing. The way we bathe, dress, sit, behave, react and even the way we see other people can become patterns we repeat without examining.

But what happens when memory begins shaping what we see? Are we observing people as they are, or as we think they are? And can we notice our own thoughts, reactions and judgments while they are happening, not afterwards?

Maybe awareness isn't about changing ourselves. Maybe it begins with something much simpler: seeing what is actually happening. How much of our own life are we actually noticing while we are living it?

  • The Ocean of “I Don’t Know: Universe”
    Sep 6 2026

How much of reality do we actually understand?

We look at the night sky every day, but what are we really seeing? A single star may be hundreds, millions, or even billions of years away, meaning we may be looking at a version of it from the distant past.

In this episode, Olivia takes us from our solar system to the Milky Way, from galaxies to the observable universe, and then in the opposite direction, from the world around us into the strange world of the very small.

But this isn't a science lesson. It's a question about something much more human:

Why are we so uncomfortable saying, “I don't know”?

Maybe the universe gives us a good reason to stop treating those three words as weakness and start seeing them as the beginning of curiosity, learning and discovery.

How much are we missing simply because we think we already know?

  • The Ocean of “I Don't Know: Earth”
    Aug 26 2026

How much of the world we live on do we actually know?

We know our cities. We know the places we've travelled. We know what we've studied and what we've experienced.

But what happens when we zoom out?

In this episode, Olivia takes us across our own planet, from everything we haven't read and experienced, to the deep ocean, Antarctica, the depths beneath our feet, and the parts of human history that have disappeared.

And the more we look, the harder it becomes to answer one simple question:

How much do we actually know?

Maybe the problem isn't that we don't know enough. Maybe we don't even know the size of what we don't know.

So why should we ever be ashamed of saying, “I don't know”?

Perhaps those three words aren't the end of learning.

    Perhaps they're where it begins.

  • The Power of "I Don't Know"
    Aug 23 2026

What if saying “I don’t know” isn't a weakness, but the beginning of learning?

In this episode, Olivia takes us through a simple story about a truck driver whose confidence changes the moment he reaches a road he doesn't know. From there, we explore something that happens in everyday life: how quickly we turn assumptions into certainty, and how difficult it can be to admit when we don't actually know.

We look at the difference between:

    • What we know
    • What we believe
    • What we assume
    • What we don't know

And perhaps most importantly, we ask what happens when we stop treating “I don't know” as something to be embarrassed about and start seeing it as the space where curiosity, questioning and learning can begin.

Before you listen, ask yourself: How often do you really know something... and how often do you simply think you know?
