We need to face the reality of situations and circumstances in our lives. Pretending things aren't happening or aren't affecting us doesn't help us move forward or walk in a place of emotional health. When we are honest we can then gain the perspective that helps us to see and know truth.

I'm sure we've all heard of boundaries in one way or another but do we actually use them in our lives the way that they were intended? By having proper boudaries you help define relationships and show those around you honor and love. So let's talk about what this looks like.

Many of us are so used to being 'independent" that we don't know how to be in community let alone the value of it. And maybe that's the very place you've been hurt the most, within community.
