After graduating from the Jade Bastion as full-fledged battle mages, my women and I venture to the capital of the empire: Malamar. There, we will meet the emperor of the world. My suspicion is that Kraelkor has infiltrated the palace and the most powerful man in the empire.

Our time of initiation at the Jade Bastion is coming to an end. After two more weeks of grueling training, we will be sent out beyond the walls and into the Wilderlands. There, we will face monsters unlike anything we’ve seen before.

After a decisive victory against the forces of Darkness, I made a terrible discovery. The capital of the Empire has fallen to Kraelkor, and his foul monsters and traitor mages dwarf us in number. With this knowledge, I must turn my sights across the seas to the strange realm known as Kanjen. There, I hope to find allies who will join me against Kraelkor and his evil multitudes.
