A children's book author finds his psyche and life unraveling as his books get banned, charges loom for an inadvertent crime and his 'fiction' erupts to alarming life. To stave off at least one of these, he's also drafted, against his will, to help solve a string of vicious murders in L.A.

Ex-Special forces Hugo Xavier is thrown into the fray when his twin brother is shot. Ex-Special forces Hugo Xavier and his team are catapulted into action when a deadly robbery takes place in Denmark. The thieves escape with a next-generation drone and the hunt is on to prevent an even deadlier attack to take place. At the same time, the secret Shadow Council sees an opportunity to gain more power as Hugo hunts those responsible.

Hugo Xavier, an ex-military from the Swedish special forces, is forced to leave his wife and newborn child in order to stop the maelstrom of destruction left by the Spaniard in his quest for revenge. At the same time, a brutal, global conglomerate sees an opportunity to take over one of their competitors when the Spaniard wreaks havoc. Hugo and his team must move with lightning speed in order to stop both the Spaniard and the conglomerate before more innocent lives are lost.

A machine with godlike powers is stolen. Hugo’s the only one that can stop them. When a machine that controls the weather is stolen, Ex-Special forces Hugo Xavier and his team are called into action. When the machine is being used to wreak havoc in different parts of the world, all bets are off. Hugo’s old archenemy, the secret Shadow Council, rises from the shadows and uses the machine to bring Hugo and his team to their knees.
