Eleanor, the charming manager of a cozy tea shop, enjoys the transportive ritual of making a cup of Masala Chai tea, reminisces about the tea's origins, and delights in the beauty of her quaint English village during the holidays. Bedtime stories are narrated by the world's most celebrated voices and written with no beginning, middle, or end so you don't stay up to hear what happens next. They're interesting enough to give your mind something to focus on, but delivered in a way that encourages sleep.

Where the tea is truthful, the healing is holy, and the petty is sanctified! Taboo Tea is a soulful, sharp, spiritually-rooted mental health podcast that tells the truth about the things we keep in the dark — the thoughts we hide, the behaviors we justify, and the patterns that keep us stuck. Hosted by me, your therapist big sister, this show blends psychology, spirituality, and real talk. Each episode exposes what shame silences and offers tools, wisdom, and scripture to help you feel seen, not judged.

Social work was uncharted territory at the time, and Britain was very much worse for wear - TB, polio, measles and whooping cough were just some of the hazards new babies faced. Social conditions could also add to the problems, when poverty and alcoholism were rife.

Coffee is rich in antioxidants and has been associated with improved cognitive function, a reduced risk of certain diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and even enhanced physical performance. Tea, whether green, black, or herbal, contains polyphenols that may contribute to heart health, boost the immune system, and provide anti-inflammatory effects. Additionally, the ritual of preparing and enjoying these beverages has therapeutic qualities, promoting relaxation and social interaction.
