Maeva will ihr Geschäft ankurbeln und Hochzeitsbankette anbieten. Zu diesem Zweck soll ein Werbe-Hochzeitsvideo gedreht werden. Die Hauptdarsteller sind Maeva selbst und Onkel Patrick. Ramana vollzieht jedoch ein echtes Hochzeitsritual und die beiden sind nun wirklich miteinander verheiratet.

Timeti, Yann und Auru wollen auf einer unbewohnten Insel picknicken, da taucht Clarissa auf und will mitkommen. Sie fährt mit Auru im Einbaum, Yann und Timeti nehmen Clarissas Jetski. Auru und Clarissa geraten in einen Sturm und stranden auf einer vermeintlich einsamen Insel. Auru findet bald heraus, dass sie eigentlich auf Maotou gelandet sind.

Vor Maotou steigt der Wasserspiegel und es tauchen gigantische Wellen auf. Maevas Restaurant steht schon halb unter Wasser. Yann und Onkel Patrick suchen nach einem wissenschaftlichen Grund.

Delfin Igor taucht überraschend wieder bei der Insel Maotou auf. Auru ist glücklich, dass sein Freund zurück ist, aber auch besorgt, weil Igor wieder einen Peilsender trägt. Kurz darauf stranden Zoom und andere Delfine in einer Bucht Maotous.

Maeva hat eine Überraschung für ihre Tochter Timeti. Sie hat sie in der berühmten Kochschule „Paul Bifuse" angemeldet. Allerdings muss Timeti dafür fort von der Insel und aufs Festland. Durch ein Missverständnis denkt Yann, dass Timeti zu ihrem neuen Freund Paul aufs Festland geht.

Zoom, der weiße Delfin, sein Freund Yann und all die anderen Inselbewohner Maotous sind zurück. Yanns Freundin Timeti hat sich seit Neuestem in den Kopf gesetzt, Schamanin zu werden. Dazu geht sie bei dem Schamanen Ramana in die Lehre. Bei einem heimlichen Versuch, ein Ritual durchzuführen, zerbricht Timeti versehentlich das Zepter und klebt es notdürftig wieder zusammen.

Beim Tauchen vor der Küste erscheint vor Yann, Zoom, Auru und Timeti plötzlich ein merkwürdiges Ungetüm. Als sie näher herankommen, verschwindet es genauso plötzlich wieder. Auru denkt, dass Yann sich einen Scherz erlaubt und einen Trick angewandt hat. Aber Yann und Timeti wollen hinter das Geheimnis kommen.

Onkel Patrick muss für ein paar Tage verreisen, und so zieht Auru mit seiner Familie in die Galeone, damit Yann und Marina nicht allein bleiben müssen. Sehr zum Missfallen von Yann. Am nächsten Morgen können sie alle ihren Augen kaum trauen. Das Meer vor Maotou ist tiefrot. Alle verdächtigen den armen Zoom, etwas mit dem Phänomen zu tun zu haben.

Marina möchte ein Video drehen, um damit einen Wettbewerb zu gewinnen, den ihre Lieblingsband "The Wild Coconuts" ausgeschrieben hat. Sie bittet Yann, Timeti und Auru um Hilfe. Die drei haben Lust, mitzumachen, entwickeln aber schnell ihre ganz eigenen Ideen zur Gestaltung des Films. Bald hat Marina gar nichts mehr zu sagen.
