The Brotherhood of the Path, a tight-knit and determined group of five players, finds themselves in one of Waldyra's secret corners. And they find game's rules and laws to be entirely different here in the Forgotten Lands. This is the domain of old-school hardcore eventually deemed too brutal and challenging for ordinary players and replaced with a more forgiving system. Its denizens are exiled monsters and creatures that didn't fit into the bright and cheerful Waldyra.

Before us lies a grim dog-eat-dog world, where all the shots are called by the omnipresent System. The inhabitants live in endless gloomy corridors, and they appear here not only lacking memory, but also completely limbless. They are "volitional nullforms," meaning that supposedly their fate was consensual. Nobody remembers when or why it happens, but everyone must try to survive at any cost.

Nothing is ever given freely. One has to pay the full price for everything one gets. Easy money for a seemingly minor quest in a game? Well, you're obviously being played for a mark. Suddenly stumbled upon a unique spell coveted by the entire world of Waldyra? That automatically makes you the quarry for the game's top clans, each of which will be hunting you - IRL as well as inside the game.

Being a unique player has its advantages but comes fraught with quite a few problems. Having become the owner of a spell capable of removing the magic veil from an unexplored continent, Rosgard has to prepare himself for the role of the Navigator, the only one who can lead the expedition across the ocean. Should he fail to do so, the spell will be taken away by the game's administration.

Rostislav Grokhotov does not want to become anyone's pawn. Therefore, his unexpected acquisition makes him ponder his own goals. Having become the sole owner of a unique spell coveted by top-ranking clans, he no longer wants to go with the flow. That way would only lead to ruin and obscurity. He'd need to go all in-and to have a good plan. With several more contingency plans for good measure. What are the opportunities available to someone in the possession of a unique spell capable of dispelling the veil over the unexplored continent of Zar'Graad?

Rostislav Grokhotov, an ordinary clerk working for a privately-owned company, just wanted to earn some extra money in the game. He had no specific plans for his new character. Little did he know that his new nickname Rosgard would become the game's next greatest legend. Even the game's Creche zone may contain items of interest if you're observant enough. Rosgard's find didn't just change his own life drastically - it enveloped an entire game world in turmoil to boot! The adventuring player becomes a valued prize for Waldyra's leading clans. Our hero has to conceal his real name.

The hardworking dwarf has overcome many hardships. He has clashed with formidable opponents, but managed to protect himself and his domain. However, there is no break in sight. The future is an uphill battle, filled with long hours of blacksmithing and digging, and lots of adventures and surprise encounters. Nobody knows what will happen next. For now, the outpost of Gray Peak continues to hold the fort, with no intention of surrendering to the enemy . . .

The upward journey is always tough. The higher you climb, the stronger, smarter, and more savage the enemy. And nobody is insured against loss. Elb's tight-knit combat unit has lost a number of fighters. Loyal comrades-in-arms decided to leave the squad, just as it was entering a zone full of deadly dangerous beasties; a time when a fighting disposition and unfailing support were needed like never before. Will these losses affect Elb's desire to soldier on? No, they will not. Nothing but death will break the fighter goblin Elb's resolve to keep moving.

Zombieland is fiendish and dangerous. The place that has gobbled up many, leaving only ground bones, draws Elb and his team ever deeper into its decaying bowels. Doing battle with eternally hungry beasts who were once people, Elb is fast gaining status, as well as the respect of other zombie hunters. Zombieland, however, is capable of stopping and killing even the most deadly of hunters. This time around, the system provides the impossible Blue Light task, whose coordinates are given as: Room Number 191-28 Pain.

Rosgard the Great Navigator and his comrades-in-arms continue their journey as part of the armada of the Sleepless Ones to the shores of Zar'Graad, impatient to tear off its magical veil and be the first to step onto the new continent. The first trailblazers can expect some truly impressive bonuses—so even though no one yet knows what those rewards might be, the stakes are just too high to come in second.

As Julius Caesar said as he crossed the Rubicon, "alea iacta est"—"the die is cast." All the bridges have been burned. The contract with the clan of the Sleepless Ones has been signed, and Rosgard will begin the expedition under their banners. The Black Queen is in the lead—an enormous ship masked as an island sets forth to bring the fleets to a new continent concealed under a magical veil that can only be parted by a single player—namely, Rosgard.

Elb has long understood that life in a cage, and among the scum, is not for him. He cares not for his higher new position in stinky Drainagetown. The hero wants to find a way out of the steel labyrinth. But even if he makes it, what awaits him on the other side of the steel walls? Elb and his squad of goblins are about to receive the answer not only to this, but also to other questions. The squad has been through much together, and maintained its unity, but will it always be this way?

It's time for the Great Navigator Rosgard to lead his seafaring armadas toward the far-off new continent. Waldyra's players are impatient to get there. But instead, Rosgard becomes a father. Although his mischievous daughter is only a digital creation of this virtual world, the challenges of being a father are the same. Besides, she isn't a child anymore but a restless teen. The girl is a potential goddess in the making, and her arrival into this world isn't exactly welcome by the gods of old whose thrones are getting a bit shaky.

How tough do you need to be to withstand life's storms? What would you do, if everything that you've worked so long and hard to achieve comes crumbling down within an hour? Presumably, when this happens in life, it takes great effort to overcome despair—even if this life is virtual. For the dwarf named Crow, virtual life is no less important than reality. This is because the game holds great meaning, currently known only to the hero of the story, while the listener can only make guesses.

Never before did the world of Waldyra face a threat as terrible as this one. A whole continent has gone insane—and it's heading towards the Old Continent on a collision course. If the two continents collide, the whole world will shake to its very foundation, and the ensuing destruction will be unimaginable.

Rosgard is in dire need of leveling up and acquiring new skills to use his unique spell. And yet Waldyra thwarts his efforts by offering him another temptation. How could one fail to use the opportunity of visiting a mysterious and unexplored location known as The Great Beyond? Even though the most powerful clan in Waldyra—The Sleepless Ones—is joining him, the journey is bound to be a rough ride. Still, Rosgard hardly has any choice in the matter.

At the foot of the foreboding Gray Peak lies a desolate valley. These are the backwoods of the world of Waldyra—they offer nothing valuable to players, who rarely visit as a result. Yet this is the very place where the calm and good-natured dwarf named Crow is headed. Straight after leaving the Creche, he hopes to make a living there. This hero does not crave epic battles with monsters. Quite the contrary. He wants to be a merchant and develop his blacksmithing skills, while staying far away from fighting, long voyages, and clan squabbles.

Old nemeses often turn up when you least expect them-and, more often than not, just when you're at your most vulnerable. Rosgard is no exception. He may have become the leader of a new clan, but he's lost support of the Sleepless Ones, the undisputed heavyweight champions of Waldyra, and right about this time he ran into someone who's been his sworn enemy since their days in the game's Creche. Heroes of the Final Frontier have had war declared on them. This is bound to be a real stress test for Rosgard's entire crew.

This story is for those interested in what happens to Rosgard after the Great Expedition and what other adventures he'll have and secrets he'll learn. Even though he remains a famous player, his legendary status is no more, and he is no longer under the auspices of the incredibly influential clan of the Sleepless Ones.

If you are at the very bottom, you should not be thinking about hanging on tight so as not to fall any further, but about climbing higher. Step by step, but higher. There is no other way in this cruel world. Elb and his team know this, and their path leads upwards, towards those who look down on Drainagetown from a height and spit on the heads of its inhabitants. They call themselves the Spiders, and they do not allow strangers into their domain. Yet if your timing is right, it is possible to take a sure step upwards. Mind you, it is only a step, for Elb is not planning to stop.
