In this season 3, I will be running a 50k aka 31 miles ultra! I will share with you what helps me run well. also I will share a running schedule every week. What makes this season unique is ill be only running two times a week for 10 weeks!

In this podcast I will talk about how I train, to what I eat for a marathon and an ultra this is season 2 first season talks about training for a marathon in 13 weeks! This time I will be training for a marathon in 9 weeks and training for a ultra 100k aka 62 miles.
