Patrick S. Harrison was born in Germany, and he grew up in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Penn State University and the Defense Language Institute. He was a Spanish translator in the Navy from 2011 to 2016. He has performed stand-up in Guantánamo Bay, on the flight deck of a Coast Guard ship, and at comedy clubs across the United States. Out of Regs is his first book.
