I am an Emeritus Professor of political science at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville Florida. I have published eight books including "The Politics of Economic Power in Southern Africa (Princeton U. Press), "Eco-Wars" (Columbia U. Press), Protecting Markets (Cornell U. Press) and "The Criminalization of Medicine" (Praeger Publishers)," Purging the Republican Party" (Lexington), Hawke's Law ( Penn St. Press) and "Les Deplorables" (Twelve Tables Publishers). My latest book, "American Ochlocracy: Black Lives Matter & Mob Rule" (Twelve Tables Publishers) will be released in Late May 2021. I have taught at numerous universities throughout the world including the University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana), Northwestern University, St. Josephs University (Philadelphia), University of Zambia (Africa), Australian National University (Canberra) and Wellington University (New Zealand). I am also the editor of Twelve Tables Publishers. I live in Miami, Florida, am married and have two brilliant daughters
