幕末のころ、江戸は両国広小路にて商いをしておりました玉川屋・幸助。この人が大変な相撲好き。横綱梅が谷を贔屓にし、金に糸目も着けずにいれあげてしまう。ついには、相撲道楽が高じて代々続いた店を潰してしまった。困り果てました女房が橘屋から借りた五十両、これを元手に商売を…と思った矢先、ばったり出会ってしまった梅が谷に全部渡してしまった。さあ、女房も橘屋もこのままではいられない、何としても五十両を返してほしいと頭をさげるが、梅が谷は「もらった祝儀は返せない」という。玉川屋の再起はなるか、梅が谷の真意はいかに?。一龍斎貞寿:昭和48年2月生。平成14年一龍斎貞心に師事。その後、舞台、イベントなどに多数出演。平成20年10月 二ツ目に昇進。平成21年より「講談紙芝居」の口演を開始。(C)2011 WING ENTERPRISE
